Class Payment Terms
Prepayment by Credit Card or Check is required to reserve space at any class. Payment must be in US funds/drawn from a US bank. The Tuition fee covers the cost of all training materials, including handouts, books, and supplies- unless otherwise specified by Quick Turn Training and Consulting.
Confirmation of your registration will be sent within two business days after payment is received. Quick Turn Training and Consulting reserves the option of canceling, postponing, rescheduling or relocating any class.
Student misses more than 10% of the material in any given day/section of course they are removed from that class or offered a chance to challenge out of that section if that is a viable an option for the particular course.
Refunds will only be given if cancellation notice is received in writing 14 days prior to the start date of the class. Substitute attendees are accepted up to 3 days prior to class. Rescheduling will be considered and redeemable for six months. A cancellation or rescheduling notice must be sent by e-mail.
Courses that are cancelled; refunds will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
Greater than 3 weeks prior to class start= 10% Fee
2-3 weeks prior to class start= 30% Fee
1-2 weeks prior to class start= 50% Fee
1 week or less prior to class start= No refunds
